HSQ Northern Portfolio

Broadly defined as the area north of Spring Street, five of the six existing portfolio buildings are being repositioned with new public and private rooftops with meeting and restaurant spaces, new lobbies, storefronts and retail spaces, new retail entrances to the lower level, and overall infrastructure upgrades.

  It Takes a Village   In addition to the eleven existing properties, Trinity Church Wall Street controls another five properties which could allow for very sizable new ground-up projects. Including the new development work, the architects executing the work include  SHoP Architects ,  A+I Architects ,  STUDIOS ,  Gensler  and  Beyer Blinder Belle , as well as various CM’s. Beem Management is assisting Hines in the Owners Program Management of all of the core portfolio projects.
