Our approach

We have found that the key to delivering on those promises is utilizing Design Management as the foundation of our Project Management process. Broadly defined in the UK as the hands-on management of all things and persons related to project design, we optimize Design Management to deliver projects that are on time, on budget, and meet or exceed agreed to quality levels.

We’ve learned greatly from our exposure to European projects and European styled project management system. We embrace the project delivery approach utilized by European architects (RIBA) by embracing a much earlier focus on project definition and cost certainty.

By combining the two workstreams of active Design Management and early project definition / certainty, we actively minimize change and costs to the great benefit of the client. In turn, we deliver the highest design and project value for sophisticated clients and stakeholders.
